When you complete the diagnostic or a contact form, we collect: first name, email address, type of business, and quiz answers (lead volume, response time, average price, commission, etc.).

When you use the AI demo, the conversation content is processed by our AI provider (Anthropic, USA) to generate replies. No message is linked to a user account — only to an anonymous session identifier stored in your browser (sessionStorage), cleared when you close the tab.

We measure anonymised audience metrics (page views, events) only after you have given explicit consent via the cookie banner.

Lead qualification and follow-up: legal basis = consent (Article 6-1-a GDPR) given via the opt-in checkbox in the form.

AI demonstration: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Article 6-1-b GDPR) when you initiate the conversation.
